Create a New Test

Creating a new Test may have three meanings.

Create a New Test Case

Most common use case is adding a new test case to an existing testing framework.

Create a New Testing Framework

Once you are about starting something big a new consider Creating a new testing framework.

Or Creating New Standalone Test

Select the File > Create New > New Test menu option.  The Create New Test dialog will appear.  Follow the instructions on this dialog.
